At the Riverwood Activities Center located near the front entrance, they have large lap pool with a tiki area overlooking the water — ideal for relaxing or hosting a get-together. Step outside to their outdoor pavilion for concerts, community parties, or private celebrations.

Looking for organized recreation? Join one of our league teams or play casually on six Har-Tru tennis courts or six pickleball courts. Mornings and afternoons are popular times for croquet on our dedicated lawn, and bocce lovers can meet up at one of our three courts. Dog owners will love the community dog park, with separate spaces for large and small dogs, plus shaded benches for socializing while the pups play.

Our full-time Activities Director keeps the calendar packed with fun — from live entertainment and holiday parties to day trips, mahjongg, bridge, and more. Tennis lovers can also benefit from our on-site Tennis Director, who offers private lessons, clinics, and group drills daily.

Golfers will appreciate the nearby Riverwood Golf Club, a semi-private, Gene Bates-designed par 72 course that’s consistently ranked among the best in Florida and the U.S. Managed by Coral Hospitality, the club offers both memberships and pay-as-you-play options — and residents are always welcome to stop by the clubhouse for lunch.
